From a family business established in the Edinburgh area back in the 1950's selling, servicing and repairing a worth-while percentage of the North's prestige sports and saloon cars in Scotland, the family moved south. Douglas initially worked as a Lloyds broker in the city, a career change culminated some five years ago in 2002 in the sale of an established and well known management company, providing facilities services to clients in some of the most prestige addresses in London and the South East.

With experience gained from working for one of the top three Franchised Aston Martin dealers and established classic Aston Martin specialist, Douglas set up DB Motor Brokers to provide national and international sellers and buyers of these Motor cars, the highest possible level of service. In a relatively short space of time working in this small niche market, Douglas has carved himself a reputation beyond reproach maintaining a simple philosophy of treating each and every customer very much how we would like to be treated ourselves.
